Secure pre-authorization
A bank pre-authorization is requested at the time of booking. No amount is charged: it's simply a verification. The guest is informed of the amount and conditions.
Fixed amount or per guest
Set a fixed amount per reservation or an amount per guest. For example: €20 per person for dinner service, or a flat €50 for groups of 6 or more.
Configurable per service
Enable the bank guarantee only on services where no-shows are frequent. No guarantee at lunch, enabled at dinner: you decide service by service.
Far-ahead reservation management
For reservations more than 30 days out, the pre-authorization is automatically renewed to remain valid. The guest doesn't have to do anything.
Released upon attendance confirmation
As soon as you confirm the guest's arrival, the hold is automatically released. In case of a no-show, you choose the percentage to capture: from 0 to 100%.
