Unlimited reservations

Manual or automatic mode
Choose the booking mode suited to each service. Automatic at lunch to save time, manual validation in the evening to keep control. You decide, service by service.
Guest limit per reservation
Set the maximum number of guests per reservation, for each service individually. A brunch limited to 6 people, a dinner up to 10: you set the rules.
Cancellation policy
Enable a cancellation policy per service with a configurable delay in hours. Your customers are informed at the time of booking. Reduce last-minute cancellations.
Modification policy
Allow or disallow reservation modifications, with a configurable delay per service. Offer flexibility to your customers while keeping control of your time slots.
Customizable emails
Customize the messages sent to your customers: booking confirmation, modification, reminder, cancellation or rejection (in manual mode). Default templates are ready to use, but each email can be tailored to your restaurant's tone and image.
Automatic reminders
Your customers automatically receive a confirmation email upon booking. Then configure up to 2 email and 2 SMS reminders, choosing the delay in hours before their visit. For example: an email reminder 24h before, an SMS 2h before. SMS are charged per use (€0.05/SMS).

Access all your past reservations, filtered by date, status or service. Track your activity, identify trends and make better decisions for your restaurant.
