Email reminders included
Configure up to 2 automatic email reminders before each reservation, at your chosen delay. For example: a first reminder 24h before and a second 2h before. Included in the subscription, with no sending limits.
SMS reminders
Enable up to 2 SMS reminders in addition to emails. More direct than email, SMS has a read rate of about 98%. Charged per use, from €0.05/SMS. You choose: restrict sending to national numbers only, or allow sending to all countries.
Configurable delay
You choose the number of hours before the visit for each reminder: 48h, 24h, 4h, 2h… Adapt the strategy to your clientele.
Automatic confirmation
A confirmation email is sent automatically upon booking. The customer has all the information: date, time, number of guests, cancellation conditions.
Conditional cancellation link
If your cancellation policy allows it, each reminder contains a link to cancel. A cancellation is better than a no-show: you recover the table in time.
Per-service cancellation policy
For each service, choose your cancellation policy: allowed (with configurable delay in hours) or not. Your customers are informed at booking, which makes them more responsible.
A simple reminder can change everything
Most no-shows are due to forgetfulness. A well-timed reminder — 24h before by email, 2h before by SMS — is often enough to avoid an empty table. And when the customer can no longer come, they cancel in time thanks to the link in the reminder.
